Moscow Sites from the 草榴社区's point of view

Hi All!!
I would kindly ask you for your help! I am originally from St.Petersburg, of course, been to Moscow - but another 5 years ago.
this year - I am going to be there for 4 days on a business trip together with my colleagues from the Phiippines.

Would yu please - advise - what places to se褍 and to show them in MOW, except of the Red Square? Any other nice places to make them appreciate Russia? What are your favourite places in the City??

What restos (mid-range) you would suggest for russian cuisine? any other places you would recommend?
What are the good bars or clubs - nice ans safe to hang out in the evening?

Good places to see: Arbatskaya ulitsa, Tverskaya ulitsa with lots of good restos and bars. As for russian cusine - Elki Palki, I have been there, a very decent place with good prices, pleasant atmosphere
