It's a big city so things happen to white and non- white people but from the other hand if you don't take such risks as walking at night, making friends with the first stranger in the street etc. it's most likely you'll be fine))

Moscow is like any other big city, I personally feel safe although I look mediterranean. Enjoy your trip!
