Transportation option in Slovenia

Hello / Zdravo!

My name is Paul and I am from St. Louis USA.聽 I visited Slovenia (Ljubljana & Bled) for the first time last April and have already booked a trip back this September for the full month.聽 My plans are to explore more of your lovely country, and am a bit confused by the different transportation options when I search the internet - so I hope I might get a little insight here?

I see there is a monthly bus pass option from LPP for Ljubljana, is there one offered country wide?聽 So if I take a train to Maribor for example, I could use one global pass for busses there or would I need to buy a Maribor specific bus pass?聽 And speaking of trains, it looks like I can get a monthly ticket from S沤 - but there is something about personal or non-personal tickets... I don't see this explained on the site, can anyone help and does it matter?
