hello everyone,
im planing to visit odessa mid of july
was looking around the best area to book my hotel, seems its between arcadia or city center. both looks awesome but cant choose.
can anyone recommend ??
im travelling alone for 8 days, day time i want to discover the city not only touristic places and also will go to the beach and in the night i will just hangout in a cafe, pub and party (u can suggest what else to do there)
so which area would be the best for me? also what is the best area to meet other travelers?
