what 's the real estate tax for the resale of one property for a non-resident in ukraine ?.
i think it's 15% , but from what ? from聽 the full price聽 ? or only from the capital gain ?

The rate for the resale depends on the area of an apartment and when you bought it. As usual it is 15% indeed. It is culculated from the expert evaluation of the real estate to be sold.
