My friend has offer from Qatar. From which hospital in Bahrain he can go for medical tests acceptable in Qatar.

The right person would be his potential employer in Qatar, they could give list of places where it could be done.

I am Indian currently living in Bahrain. I have got job offer in oman and for VISA, I need to go to medical test for oman. Do we have any idea about GAMCA approved medical centers in Bahrain for oman VISA? Could you suggest me any medical center where I can undergo for medical test?

GAMCA centers are ONLY outside GCC.  Within GCC, there are designated hospitals which your employer should provide you the list for.   

For example, if you want to do Saudi work visa medical inside Bahrain, Ibn Nafees is where you need to go.

If there are no designated hospitals then medical can be done from any accredited hospital in the GCC country you are in.

I work in Bahrain and want to do medical test for Saudi work visa. Can I do it in Bahrain?

someone told me that the rule changed since August 2022 making it compulsory to do medical test in GAMCA approved lab from the home country which is India in my case.

not sure if this is true.

Not true. A friend got Saudi work visa stamped from Bahrain last week after doing medical here.

I have commented on this before. Your employer has to assign a visa to the Manama consulate for you to be able to apply from Bahrain (and do medical here). Most employers don't have an unassigned visa or they don't know how to do this. Because when they get a fresh visa quota, they assign by nationality to home country.

However, if the visa has been assigned to your home country, you can't do medical here and have to do it back home. And get visa stamped from there.

for degree attestation SACA- this needs to be done in home country. Right?

what about PCC- police certificate? Can I do in Bahrain via Bahrain police ? Or is the certificate needed from Indian police?
