Hi,

I am a family medicine specialist from UK. I got an offer in Kuwait. I wanted to ask about the special schools for autistic children. How much would be expense for his needs there. He has moderate learning difficulties.

I did a search on Google and found a list of autistic schools in Kuwait. You can check the list

As for the expense, I hope someone on the forum will be able to enlighten you.

Dasman School i believe is the only English language special needs school. You can contact them online.

However, bear in mind that being a single mother in Kuwait is difficult because Kuwait is a patriarchal society, meaning the child's residency is usually on the father, school registration requires father's presence etc.

There are workarounds, but they are exceptions, not the norm. You'll need to inform your employer of this so they take the necessary extra steps.
