all apartments in kuwait are month to month, u sign a rent agreement that stipulates one year, but u can vacate at any time so long as u give one month notice.

u have two options, rent an empty flat and furnish it urself, cheaper in the long run, or go for a furnished flat, more expensive.

depends on the duration of ur stay really.

ofcourse the third option is to co-share an apartment with someone. suggest putting an ad in the classifieds, or checking with abcq8.com and posting an ad there, its an expat magazine that is circulated by email every week, huge exposure.
