ACRO Police Check - Visa Application Question

DanielT85

Hi all,

I’m in the final stages of applying for my Kuwait working visa, and today received my ACRO.

It states “no live trace” with a rather basic explanation; ‘No Live Trace’ means that there is criminal record information held on the Police National Computer but it has been ‘stepped down‘.

I’m concerned this will impact my visa application with the Kuwait embassy in London.

I have no criminal history whatsoever, apart from a caution at university 10+ years for drunken disorderly with a group of people, whereby I paid a spot fine of £X. This was not a charge, I didn’t go to court, don’t have a criminal record and it hasn’t impacted any of my work or visa application in any country since.

Could anyone shed any light on what issued I may face?

Much appreciated

D

Hello Blocky B,

It has been some years since the OP posted this.

I think you should start a new thread on Kuwait forum to ask your questions and get in touch with more active members.
