sorry for the late reply. you can approach the reception incase if you miss prior to the appointment date they will amend the name changes looking at your VISA and passport copies.

Sir, in my QVC appointment first name and last name are enter in correct but second name are displayed in last name if any problem in my appointment

For example :

First name :Karthick last name :rajendran in QVC appointment name displayed in "Karthick Rajendran Rajendran "

If any problem in QVC appointment

You can contact QVC support if you need any changes, incase if they say we cant then ask your employer to request for change.

There is 6 name in it and Qatar only accept 5 then company apply my name as in appointment as: Javed Khan Haji Muhammad Faizan Khan.
