I want to tell you all that I also face the same issue Pending completing transfer in absher by new employer but I no longer wanted to work with this company and the new company that sent the transfer request on behalf of him just now. The transfer amount has not been paid, which is why this status was being shown on the Qiwa portal. Now for your information, I want to tell you that if you do not want to work with this company, please infoam your new company in hr. If my transfer process is not done, put it on hold and then within your maximum 14 to 24 working days, this transfer request will be auto canceled.

And if you want to work with the company from which the transfer request was sent, then inform it and complete the process as soon as possible within 14 dyas , otherwise it will be canceled and you will have to send the transfer request again. The process that was again start.

The purpose of telling all this is to guide everyone. I'm faced all these situations and are sharing my personal experience with you.

@Shima495 your current employer cannot stop this transfer process for sure. Your new employer need to pay your transfer fee on absher portal within 14 days. Once if it is done, your sponsorship will get changed to new employer.
