What is the benefit of getting SCE membership here?

Hi, I am a mechanical engineer here in Saudi Arabia but my profession is not that of engineer, nor do I have the SCE membership. However, I do have that 5+ yrs of experience requirement.

My question is, if I were to spend the money to register for a membership, and then spend more to change my profession, how will that help me/benefit me? Will that help me land a very good job indirectly? Will it give me any benefit in applying for a visit visa for my parents or sibling? Will it give any discounts on products in local market? What exactly are the benefits of having this membership.

If you have a membership in SCE so that your company can change your profession as Engineer. Some of the benifits that I know are you can bring your parents or family at any time at ease, to get visit visa for yourself if you travel to any other GCC country. Also will be benifitial if you want loan or lease a car or to rent a house. may be someone having more experience can explain in more detail. Thanks
