If the empyer can't provide letter, the offer letter you signed with the company attached it and try, hope it may work. It's suggestion not  personal expereince.

@sce@abroad Hello everyone, I encountered an issue while attempting to register for SCE using SCE Ejtiyaz Service. The available writing space for the mobile number accommodates only 9 digits, which is insufficient to enter my home country's mobile number. Could someone please provide me with some guidance on how to proceed? Screenshot here! you very much.

I m trying to get re register to SCE, as I m out side KSA. while my previous member was expired.

However the Web page doesn't move on since the Passport No is same.

Is there any other way to get re register or renew the membership from outside KSA?

i am facing same problem. i am in qatar and want yo apply for same. but there 9 digit number required. in qatar we have 8 digit number .how we can proceed please

Brother I'm also processing my visa from qatar.I uploaded my degree certs for verification but it's more than 12 days still Yaqeen not verified.Please assist if you done it already.I don't have clear information that how long it takes for the certificate verification.

Just write any 9 digit number or a number of a friend in KSA. You receive all same notifications in SCE site as well. Receiving SMS is not crucial. Later on, when your registration is processed you can update it to your real number in your user profile page.

@amaroq I agree with your suggested approach as this is what the SCE helpline role me while I was trying to register from UK.

On the other hand SCE issued me a membership number but my jawazat and yaqeen still red. I suppose I am still not in Saudi yet so maybe that the reason. I guess we will find out why it's red when I call SCE helpline again in Sunday.

Is there anyone here , received a certficate from SCE  without having a name on it.

I made my registration outside the KSA.

I have received my certficate but it only show my Membership number,Category, Specialization and validity.

Please let me know , I don't know where to raise the issue , I have sent email to SCE using info@saudieng.sa and east@saudieng.sa but got no reply.

Im trying to reach the unified no. But I'm not able to contact it.

Please advise.

I suggest you call SCE helpline which is stated on their website. They are pretty helpful bunch.
