Attestation from Saudi Culture and Embassy Pakistan

adnanansarichemist

Hi,

I am Adnan Khalid, I am working in Bahrain as lab tech since 2014. I have received an offer from KSA as Chemist. I am graduated form Govt Science College Wahdat Road Lahore and got the degree of University of the Punjab in 2008. My father name on my CNIC and passport is: Muhammad Khalid Mahmood but on my all educational certificates is Muhammad Khalid.

I have received regular student letter from my college and its written there " as per college records his CNIC#xxxxxxxx"

But as per the agent the case will be objected and Saudi Culture will not accept.

I have 2 options:

  1. Affidavit mentioning that name on degree and ID, passport is same person. Attested by  notary. & get attested from notary the statement at the back of degree that they confirms that name on degree and passport, id card holder is same person.
  2. Have to change my all educational documents Matric to MSc.

Can someone guide me in this regard? Will be really helpful.

Find a stronger agent who can get it done.   Try with 1 but if it doesn't work then you have to do 2.

Hello

I would suggest you try the notary route as changing name on degree means you need to change name on the FSc and matric first. And changing name on matric means a very lengthy process where they ask from birth Certificate to union council record etc (in case of pindi board, I heard federal board is comparatively simpler, other boards can't say)

Secondly since it's your father name that is slightly different I am not sure why it will cause rejection. On your bachelors degree award or on your bachelor degree transcript is father name mentioned?

Yes it will be a problem when getting things attested from HEC but not sure why Bahrain embassy etc will create issue.

Was your issue solved with affidavit?
