Job Offer from New company

JKmtr

I got a job offer from a company and filed resignation after accepting and sending the signed offer letter. The new company collected all hiring documents from me and are signed and sent via e mail. The final settlements of the current employer has finished and for the last two weeks the new employer HR is not responding properly to sent me qiwa contract. I'm stuck with a one month valid iqama without a job in hand. In this case what I can do to move forward legally. Please help me on this.
