QIWA: Contract Termination under Article 74

Dear All, Does anyone have experience with QIWA where the employer Terminate the Contract with reason stated as "By agreement of the parties under Article 74"?


In my case they did, and I got the notice period of 60days.


However after few days, there is another contract (renewed) and there is a request "Cancellation of Contract Termination Submitted by Employer". And I have an option to: Accept Cancellation or Reject Cancellation and the notice period disappear.


I have new Kafeel submitted contract and I approved, but it says Pending Employee Transfer Completion (Pending notice period 90 days).


1. Now what should I do, should I accept or reject?


2. Also, shall I wait for 90days and I will be transfer automatically?


3. Lastly, when I approved the new contract for my new Kafeel I remember it shows on the screen the request move to MOI but not to my Current Kafeel for approval.
