Pending For Current Employer Approval in QIWA

BSM RAFEEL92

I arrived in KSA with a one-year free working visa (not working under the company). After three months, I found a job, and my new employer requested an Iqama transfer via Qiwa, which I accepted. The status now shows "Pending for Current Employer Approval." I contacted my current employer, but they refused to approve the transfer unless I pay 1,300 SAR, which I find unfair, especially as I already paid over 10,000 SAR for the visa.

I've heard that if the current employer does not respond to the request within 14 days, the transfer is automatically approved. Can someone confirm if this is true and provide further advice on how to proceed?

@BSM RAFEEL92 i have never heard of a one free working visa. Did this visa allow you to work and have Iqama?
