Delayed payment of salary

A pleasant day to all.i just want to ask something about our status in our company.this is last day of the month but still were not yet receiving our salarie.the salary that we are about to take was from the salary of october.even our overtime payments for month of October was not yet given.and whenever some tries to stop from their work because of this issue the company will deduct 7days from their salaries.is this acceptable.we just don't know what to do for this company to pay early salaries.please advise us.thank u very much for the kind replies
