Selection between two job offers

Good day everyone

I need suggestion regarding two different job offers. I have two job offers one is Aramco聽 SMP and it's in remote area I have family so the nearest city I can keep my family is Al Hafuf and i have to travel daily 3 hours 1.5 hour morning and evening.and it's a single status contract position engineer 隆隆隆 that I think is a junior engineer and on the other hand I have offer from SRACO package is almost same but it's a Lead engineer position and family status too.

Now I am confused with whom I should continue as I have cleared lengthy Aramco clearance process of verification now in future Aramco will hire me again if I reject their offer that I already accepted.

Help me out with your valuable suggestions bcz I believe in one is one but twoz are 11.

Two job offer are actually both SMP assignment, and there is noticeable discrepancy. Refer below.

-聽聽 First offer is single status, Engineer-III position (where Engineer-I is more senior position compared to Engineer-IV) - Aramco SMP. Which SMP contractor?

-聽聽 Second offer is family status, Lead Engineer position 鈥� SRACO is known as SMP contractor

-聽聽 Package almost the same but single status, Engineer-III is decrepit position versus Lead Engineer, family status.

Select the second offer which is explicitly offered the family status, compared to single status of the first offer.

Obviously, they will consider you again in future assignments in spite of rejecting their offer. However, the drawback is that if these SMP companies are again tasks in the future to conduct screening of candidates, definitely they will filter you out straight away.

@RedTrumpet Thanks for your detailed reply.

SRACO is hiring me for thier Dammam head office it's not SMP offer.

And my first SMP offer which I accepted is from AHEC (AMCDE).

And in future can I be able to be hired through any other SMP company no problem if AHCEC is not hiring me again. My concern is will Aramco will hire me through SMP again?

And my main concern for rejecting Aramco SMP offer is project location it Jafurah Rub al Khali and the nearest聽 city where i can keep my family is Hafuf and I have to drive daily for 3 hours as this offer is off camp living.

For me I always choose the one who came first or choose which will benefit you and your family in a long run for better future. And last, any doubt or confused how to decide, ask sign from Allah or God so you will choose the right one.
