Who can recommend good hospital in Dammam please?
Have no idea which one is good there

Well... I don't know.. Really...
The only thing I have is list of hospitals covered by my insurance. So just recommend a few of good ones - and I'll check the list

For the medical insurance, most of their accredited networks are private hospitas/clinics. I used to work with different hospitals in KSa (privt&govt)

For dammam
Al Mouwasat Hospital
Saad Specialist Hospital-like a hotel

For Khobar
Procare Riaya Hospital

For me these private hospitals are good because of their facilities, equipment, and expertise.

All of above info was based on my personal preferences and gathered feedback from others during field work.
