Karen - If you have a good relationship with your neighbors I would check to see if they have a recommendation or if they have a filapino maid then maybe she has a friend who is looking for work.

If Dammam is anything like Jeddah a lot of the maids know each other and usually know who is looking for work and who might be a good fit with each family.
