Work permit with a police caution

Rainmaker21

Hello, could someone let me know if a UK police caution received over 6 years ago would prevent me from getting a work permit in KSA? It is not a conviction but it's on my record and does not expire because of the nature of my job. Any thoughts on how I can overcome this problem? Will they accept references and a letter from me explaining the circumstances that mitigate it?

Generally, cases which are "without precedent" don't create problems.

If a case is β€œwithout precedent”, it means that this case and its details have not been dealt with by an equal or higher court in the past.

Thank you. do you know of any cases and how they approached it? I.e. what mitigating evidence would be considered? I've got testimonials, references etc.

You can search the Saudi Arabia and Kuwait forums.Β  There were many cases.Β  All they did was provide the necessary police certificate - with caution, won't even appear in it to the best of my knowledge.

Thanks again! Much appreciated
