Exit & Re - Entry

Dear All,
Hope you all will be fine Allhamdulillah, I have bit confusion about my exit & Re- Entry, I hope you all will be guide me. I changed my profession as Communications Technician few days back but my kafeel is still individual (Fardi), My company is saying that they will apply for transfer me on their company soon but in these days i need exit & re-entry visa for some emergency & My current company is ready to give me emergency leave but my question is this, If i'll get my exit & Re - Entry from my last kafeel than is there any problem on airport because of my profession & Kafeel? i am totally confused, should i get exit & Re - Entry or not?
Please guide me as soon as possible.

If your IQAMA is still under your kafeel, then no problem if exit re-entry is given buy your kafeel. Immigration would only check the kafeel name on iqama and exit reentry form. Later when you transfer your iqama to your company, then your company would give you exit re-entry.

I have less than 3 months left on my iqama validity, how long exit re-entry can I get without renewing my iqama please let me know.
I am on doctor iqama.
