Finally leaving this place.
If i want to return do I need to get a letter of no objection, or is this no longer required?

letter of no objection is no longer required when coming back to KSA with another employer.
for a clean slate, when coming back, use a new passport.

I have a friend could not attend an interview because he don't have NOC from his previous employer. Pity to him

If a person is leaving on final exit, there is no need for an NOC in coming back. Coming with a new passport is not at all advised, remember your finger prints are already here and this will complicate if you have a new passport.
