I am a foreigner , does it exclude me to apply on this site . Meaning I have no residence permit  . I got cheated . I done all I can do .

I just wanted to inform the authorities so the emlak can be flagged.

I know rudimentary Turkish because of my heritage (first generation American born in the USA to Turkish parents) so I used Duckduckgo using the phrase "Emlakçı Nereye Şikayet Edilir" and found this which provides a fairly exhaustive explanation for submitting a complaint.  Naturally it is all in Turkish so use Google translate as I did to understand the article.  As I said, my Turkish is basic with very limited vocabulary.   I still live in the US but plan to move to Turkey in about a year.

I hope this helps and good luck.

Thank you , this is most helpful in my position .

My lawyer in turkey did not inform me this was possible

Instead he overlooked my request.

I'm truly sorry you got cheated.  There are a lot of hucksters everywhere including Turkey.  I hope you weren't cheated out of an extensive amount of money.  If so, if I were you, I would pursue legal action.  If interested, I know of an attorney in Kusadasi who speaks fluent English.   I'm glad the information I found was helpful.

I'm so sorry to hear that.

You may also use this website, which is not a governmental but well-known complaining site.

I hate lawyers (we do not even one), we live now for quite some years in Turkey (happily), having said that support is needed (we do not speak Turkish) and you have to pay (but we speak between us we cover quite a bit (Dutch, German, English, Russian). More than sufficient and good support can be bought for many, many items (Ikamet, annual taxes, insurances, repairs, appliances (TV, Internet, furniture, extention of driving license, elecrtricty, water, bank accounts,....)

Going here and doing yourself (a no go).

Just find a good provider, do NOT things yourself (possible but nightmare)

We bought and real estate agent helps us with all (at a reasonable price). I do not like the stress attached.

I just want a comfortable life in Turkey (and possible I have to say), if however Turkey refuse our next extention of Ikamet (unlikely in my view) we will go. Life is life.
