Starsports provides live streaming of world cup cricket matches.聽

Also, another website that I frequent if I am working in office is cricinfo or espncricinfo. They do not provide live streaming but a ball to ball textual commentary.

You can Google both websites.

No problem.
You can also check ICC's home website. Though I am not sure if they offer stream. But they will definitely provide links to the channels/ sites that will offer viewing of the event.
