Internship in ko莽眉niversite hastanesi

Hey all!

I am searching for a hospital where i can do my internship next year. Im a postgraduate student, so i鈥檓 getting my masters degree that year as well, so its not regarding a 鈥渙bservation internship 鈥�.

I found out i can do my internship in the ko莽 university hospital in Istanbul. But someone who claims to work there, says that the students have to pay 1500 USD every month for an internship? So that means i would have to pay almost 10000 USD in total. Is this normal? Every internship in Belgium doesnt require any fee, and now i suddenly have to pay 1500 USD each month, which sounds extremely unrealistic and a bit off.

Does anyone know more about internship fees in Turkey? Thanks in advance!

it may be the fee for postgrad education, not for internship.
why dont you check website and contact them directly?

Thank you for your reply. I did contact them directly, by calling the general number of this hospital. They put me through a couple of times, where i eventually ended up with this 鈥渆ducation supervisor鈥�. I also tried searching this on their website, but i found no such thing as 1500 USD as a fee. That鈥檚 why i鈥檓 having second thoughts about this...

do you mean that this "education supervisor" whom you reached through ko莽 university hospital told you about the $1500? is there any probability that there was a misunderstanding bcs of language difference?
could you pls share the web site and phone number that you used?
