UAE residence visa information

Dear All,

I need to have some information. I am a Pakistani National. Recently i got back from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.聽 My employer over there had given me Unfair Huroob ( Absconded). At the end of the day, i got 3 years ban in Saudi Arabia ( I got Final Exit through Terhail).

Now just recently i got a job offer from UAE, please guide me, will i get resident visa easily in UAE ? Is my Saudi ban anyhow linked with issuance of residence visa in UAE ( Sharjah) ?

Please also guide me, will UAE immigration department will get to know that i have a 3 years ban from Saudia ? Will it be displayed in their system ? Please be noted that, i had no criminal record, i just had a conflict with my employer and they had given me Huroob, Thats it

I have one request that please provide information if you are 100% sure about the information you are providing, otherwise it will make me more confuse
