i am a waitress here in japanese yakiniku restaurant, and i worked for almost 7 years, been a restaurant manager in philippines and worked in some hotels and also in cruise ship so i must say that im knowledgeable person in terms of food and beverages,i got 2 times employee of the month in japanese restaurant.

Your experience will probably get you a job without much difficulty, but unfortunately it's not the kind of job that would be of much help to you in terms of qualifying for a PR visa. It's quite likely that a restaurant wouldn't be willing to help you in the visa process in any way, but maybe a hotel would.

Your first step would be to go to the official government website for Citizenship and Immigrations Canada and fill out the online forms to see if you qualify for a visa.
