Hi,

I'm in Montreal too, arrived recently, so I can only tell you the summer is lovely here :-)

Which kind of visa are you getting?

kavi89

Hi friends,

Thanks for your reply,

I been looking at some Canadian immigration offices in Mauritius, one told me that i'm not eligible for immigration that i need to study for 2 years and then apply for a pr afterward.

Anther one told me that i can be qualified for the Federal skill worker program.

I'm 25, done study in tourism ( Front Office ) and been working in the tourism sector and administrative sector for almost six years.

What do you advise me friends, im a bit confussed.

Relying on your support.

Thanks,
Kavish.

There is NO NEED to go through immigration agents .
As a bilingual person ( I am assuming your French is as good as your English) you have two options:
1. Apply to the Canadian government to immigrate to any province in Canada

2. or apply to come to Québec:

be very careful of this section:

No need to pay some middlemen because your file will be processed accordingly  by the high commission in SA or délégation in Paris ( when the first Mauritians came in the 60 there were no consultants, everyone who can speak , read and write English or French  filled in the forms at the Embassies or Consulates or delegation or when they requested them if there were no diplomatic mission- so don't waste your money
