Finding work as Architectural Draftsman

Hi all.
I migrated from Australia to Quebec at the beginning of this year, and yes, I did get the job. . . . the only problem is, that I am not in my field!
I have 15 years experience in construction industry and Bachelors Degree in it, but no knowledge of French, which kind of like put my experience and diplomas in sewage.
Does any one know any company that requires Anglophone speaker and is in construction industry?
