Beware conman Michael from Indiana

janisk

Hi , a few of us good , stupid souls were sucked in by a 41 guy who says he has just retired from the army after 20 years service
he walked the walk and talked the talk , saying he  had been robbed and lost everything and was waiting for a new debit card to be sent here to his hotel in acapulco , so us being 'kind' to a vet all privately unknowingly gave money to help a vet in trouble

Beyond horrible to use this story and now we don't even believe a word he said... but beware

good enough looking guy, talks a lot, should have given us a clue and polite ....  yes maam . i love my country still etc etc

you've been warned...

trying not to be cynical for the real genuine fellow in true distress who needs a little help
my poor mexican friends could have done with the dinero we handed over!!

This scam happens in every country we've been too and all are successful.  We know people who fell prey to this scam in Argentina.

The scamming of others is becoming huge which is really sad because someone who really might need help won't be getting it.
