Looking forward to launch your start-up in the USA? Here is some good news.

Foreign entrepreneurs will soon be able to launch their start-up in the USA right from abroad. US company Stripe has launched a new service service called Atlas so as to simplify relating procedures.

Atlas is already available in a beta mode since last week. It should allow technology entrepreneurs coming from developing countries to benefit from several advantages such as faster company registration, opening a bank account, legal and tax advice, as well as other electronic facilities.

This is a bright idea. some sort of Directory of resources of accountants, lawyers, etc could be made available to foreign investor. I will be glad to help if needed.
