No, this is the forum for expats in the US, not a place where you can "get" a job, a house, and a wife in Algeria.

I am a very talented young man. I am a writer,song writer and rapper. I graduated High school in 2013 and have worked in multiple jobs . I am engaged to a beautiful and lovely young lady which graduated from the University of Namibia in 2020,which she obtained a science of bachelors degree in Biochemistry.

Together we always had the desire to relocate to the US. But we need either employers that can hire us or we need to get green card for citizenship in the US to be eligible .

Hi Nami - A lot depends on which state you're working in as well as where eg rural. It also depends on the type of facility and the patient base (I'm in healthcare as well) Either way in sure you'll have a good experience here in the US! :-)
