7)  A growing business industry for skilled workers.

8)  Farmers markets, flea markets, and locally grown produce available year-around.

9)  A great selection of stores, including Publix Grocery Store which is famous for its bakery, meat department, produce, and their weekly "Buy one get one free" sales.

10)  The weather is beautiful and the flowers and trees seem to always be blooming.

11- Want to watch American bald eagles breeding and nesting every year, hawks and falcons catching preys from your porch (see my avatar), manatees swimming with their babies from in the canal off your backyard, crocodiles sunning on the lawn, jumping fish flying every few minutes, thousands of free oysters at your fingertips  -- in short, having hundreds of creatures on the air, the ground, and the water as your daily visitors?  Move to a town along South-Central Gulf Coast (Southwest Florida).  It's the only place on earth where you can surround yourself with true nature without leaving the convenience of city life.

That was our life not too long ago.

"Not too long ago" because I left that ideal town 8 years ago.
