to be honest, theirs not much to do. i can put you in contact with one of my friends who is a tour guide for Fortaleza, he can help you more

A very nice place is Centro Cultural Drag茫o do Mar, where there is

movies (normally European films),
open air restaurants,
concerts,
museums,

It's surrounded by clubs.
