I will be coming back to Cuenca soon to find a condo to rent before wife and two cats join me.聽 I know lots of buildings don't allow pets so I'm going to need some help.聽 Can any of you guys recommend a good facilitator who knows the rental market and who could do some condo scouting for me before I get there?

What abouth ask in gringotree . com or gringopost. com?
I know a few realtors, but I will not recomend them to anybody.
Just keep your eyes open and confirm the info that they give to you.

btw, I know a guy who says the condo allows pets (wich is not true) gets the money, contract and then when the gringo moves in, the manager of the condo ask them to leave (because of the pets) and then they have a problem, the guy does not want to give the deposit back.
