I see that Cuenca has a large expat community of 5,000 people but only 93 members.聽 What not more?聽 Is their expat events or socializing of some kind?

I have a concern about health care.聽 I know there is a basic health which is questionable.聽 What about the next tier of health care directly with the hospital and approximate cost and quality?聽 What is the best hospital in Cuenca?

I am familiar with Salinas Ecuador as I have travelled to Salinas EC for 5 years.聽 I may consider a change in venues in a few years.

I am guessing most people register in the "Ecuador" forum rather in the聽 "Cuenca" forum.聽 Has no real significance in my mind.
