How to move to Jakarta from Russia?

Looking forward to move to Jakarta from Russia, Transbaikal region. What should I keep in mind and do first? I speak fairly good English (B1-B2) and fluent in Russian but don't know any Indonesian. A High School year 10 student right now but looking forward to move in the next 6 years. Would appreciate any tips and information on my topic.
