I actually went and have a look at that link. I am surprised the information there are very few and none matched the enquiry.

Since the OP is not in Indonesia. Consultation via email is rarely done. Unless you get the "bule" special foreign prices. You might as well google search or find the nearest Indonesian consulate in your city. Though, several years ago, Shanghai doesnt have one.

Anyway, you might be looking at PMA foreign limited company. This is a complex thing to be doing overseas. You are best to do it here.

Or someone on forum is offering you to buy in. There is one poster doing that. I cannot vouch for the poster though.
