No , u didn't hubby, the meet-ups was pending last 2 weeks cos i got sick plus too busy at work cya

haha yes, they spoke english.  i kept telling them i had no money, only 150,000 vnd.  they kept threatening to take the bike.  I kept telling them 150,000vnd.  finally i pay 500,000.

if you spoke vietnamese, i think you will pay less. or you are a sexy girl, maybe free... haha

If we had Japanese or Korean last names we might have gotten off

My cousin had to pay 400,000 VD twice this past month for no license and running a red light and something else
