I am currently applying as a pensionado,
and discovered in the immigration application form that I need 3 yrs proof of prior residence in Nicaragua plus 3 references of Nicaraguan residents to vouch for my address in Nica and character. Is this accurate? I was under the impression that I could obtain my cedula, then choose a place to live in Nica. Any help is appreciated! Leilani
