For the bulgarian courses, the Classes section (Language clases) in the Plovdiv classifieds could help. You can post an advert there.

Concerning the business, you should post an advert in the Jobs in Plovdiv section. It shall help as well.

I recommend a very good school and amazing couple.
The school is called "Mastylo" and it's in Plovdiv.
I had 3 months skype courses in BG from Boris, he is amazing.
