Depends on how you spend.

For example if you want to stay in a decent 3 bhk flat it will cost you Monthly 5000QR.
If you want to spend on a lavish 2 bhk Flat in West-bay or lusail it may cost around 10+ Per month
Spending on food: QR 2500- 3000 ( Maximum)
Kids Education provided: 
Car allowance:  in QR 3700 you can buy a new car and pay monthly installment.
