Hello..I just want to ask if is it true that after 1 year of working in Saudi,that's the konly time allowed that our employer can make a contract for us in qiwa? *2years contract* from Philippines. But after finishing the 1 year(they make another year contract in qiwa to make it 2 years).1st year working(no qiwa contract).

Hey Alex I just want to know can we resign if our contract has just renewed by employer by serving  a 30 days notice period or we need. To finish  renewed contract first.I have already completed one year contract in KSA.

My Qiwa employment contract is going to end on 28/11/2024. if I terminate the contract within one month, meaning from 28/10/2024 to 28/11/2024, does my employer have the right to issue a final exit?

FI: This is my 3rd employer, and my visa is not provided by the current employer; I just transferred to this establishment before 1 year.

Hi,

I have an offer from a company in saudi . My current Contract is two years and i have completed 8 months 16 months is remaining  of my contract my Iqama is set to expire on the 25th of Nov 2024 . I sent a letter asking not to renew my iqama and send me on final exit . I have been working in this company for the 2 years and 8 months now . The HR is now asking me to pay 6 months salary to my company if i want to proceed for exit . They are saying it is mentioned in my contract . The new company is asking me to transfer my iqama but my current company will never accepect that so i told them i want to resign due to personal reason . They are asking me to go long leave and come back and finish my contract . Please help me out I have to join my new company by the end of Nov-24

I have got tranfer thr qiwa to new companyas sales engineer.

This company is not good company and iam in prohibition period as I joined here on September 5th.

Can I tranfer to other company if I get a job offer,is approval of employer needed in iqwa for second transfer in this 90 days and after 90days what will be the scenario.

Can he put final exit.

I got transferred to a new employer on October 5th and working conditions here is not good I want to look for a another sponsor to transfer again is it possible for me to terminate the contract on QIWA once I get new sponsor and get transferred immediately because now am on probation my iqama is expired not yet renewed

How about i want to transfer in another company or i want a new kafeel...my iqama is expired last May 30 2024 until now my employer didn't renew my iqama and he didn't have plan to renew my iqama my other co worker here is almost 1 year iqama expired...But my problem is i have qiwa contract until January 2026?...it is ok to transfer even though i have qiwa contract until 2026 of January..but my iqama is expired Last May 20 2024 until now?

Two months ago on 26th August 2024, I transferred to my current company and am currently in the probation period of 90 days. I have received a new job offer from another company. If I terminate my current contract during the probation period to accept the new offer, how many days of notice do I need to serve with my current company? Also, does my current company have the authority to reject my request? Please guide me.

I have been working with my current company for the past 8 years during which my contract has been renewed every 2 years. I have completed 3 full contracts and the 4th contract is set to be completed in the next 3 months.

As per policy, I have to provide official notification at least 60 days prior to the contract expiry date if I do not wish to renew the contract. I plan to submit this notification via email within the stipulated time frame to formally inform the company of my decision to not renew the contract and to pursue opportunities with another organization.

I would like to seek your guidance on the following matters:

1.    Since I joined my current company on an independence visa (own visa), I am unsure whether I should select "Termination of the contract upon its expiration" or "Employee Resignation" in the Qiwa portal when initiating the process. Could you please advise which option is appropriate for my situation?

2.    How many days prior to the contract expiry date should I submit the request through the Qiwa portal to ensure a smooth transition?

Your expertise and guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
