Where to keep Documents???

Hi everyone,

I am moving over in February and my wife and daughter will follow at a later date as I will be sponsoring them after I receive my iqama. I was wondering where to keep my marriage certificate and my daughters birth certificate?? Is it best for me to take over or for my wife to keep back home in scotland.

Make notarized and legalized copies of each document and then make few color scan copies containing legalization stamp. Bring few copies with you and have them in file and you can print wherever and whenever you need.
Keep the originals in the safe place back home.
