Visa Type Help!

Hello all,

I've been in jeddah for the past 4months on a visit visa, now my employer wanna get me a working visa.
he will issue it as 3amel sha7en..can any1 tell me what advantages and disadvantages this kind of visa have? (i do have a university degree)
should i ask for another type of working visa or i can accept this and then later change it here when i come and get my ikama?!!

Maybe no-one knows what a 3amel sha7en visa is?

you have business visa, Visit visa and Work visa.

You exchange work visa for iquama, depending on your employment type you may be able to bring your family or not
