Quick questions.

Does anyone know what the fees ( $/cost m2)聽 are that Manta or Montecristi聽 building department charges for the Fire Department (Cuerpo de Bomberos)聽 plan review when submitting a residential building permit request?

What are fees ( $/cost m2) for a residential building permit in Manta or Montecristi?

Does anyone know personally what local architects charge聽 ( $/cost m2) - general range)聽 for a complete set of聽 construction聽 drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, waste water, drainage)?

Anyone have any reliable, vetted Architect recommendations?

UPDATE: I have developed my design, acquired my construction drawings,聽 walked through each and every step of the building permit process and then jumped through all the extra hoops just for the fun of it!
