I have a spacious beachfront house (6,600 sq ft) located 8 kms north of Montanita Ecuador that has 8 BR's and 6 1/2 baths. Four BR's face the ocean w/private baths while two pairs of BR's share a Bath between each pair. Tile floors throughout the house which is in good condition. Kitchen needs a little updating which we are in the process of completing. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to retire or relax in a peaceful, inexpensive area. I'm afraid to ask what the lease price is.聽 Are there others in the Olon area that aren't as big?聽 It's just me and that's way too big.聽 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
