rough estimate average household would spend monthly

Hi Everyone.

So I am going to try this forum again for some information.
Hopefully someone responds this time

We are a family of 4 wanting to move to Uruguay in 2019 from South Africa.
I am a bookkeeper by trade (hence the reason for my questions on pricing, etc.), so I like to have all my figures figured out.

I have seen loads of websites with regards to food prices, etc.聽 but what I don't see is your general month to month shopping.聽 Eg.聽 toiletries, etc.

Is there anyone out there that could give me a rough estimate on what an average household would spend monthly on groceries?

My main objective behind this is so that we can figure out just how much money we need to earn monthly to be able to survive in Uruguay.

If there is anyone who would be willing to steer me to the best websites for work, house (we will have 3 medium sized dogs with us, so a fenced property), all those types of things.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

For a family of 2 adults and 1 child(11 years) I am spending almost 600 USD per month.
